2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem, driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence and product training to improve shoppers' purchase journey.

This role supports multiple retail channels, requiring travel across markets and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in multi-unit territory management and product training.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy: serve as a Samsung brand ambassador and drive customer engagement.
• Scheduling: develop and maintain structured store visit schedules across locations.
• Store visit guidelines: follow protocols and maintain professionalism with retail partners.
• Cluster routing for travel: optimize travel routes to maximize coverage.
• Product expertise: become an expert on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Merchandising: oversee Samsung displays and ensure brand standards.
• Training: conduct training for retail sales associates on Samsung products.
• KPI achievement: drive unit sell-out through planning and execution.
• Relationship building: maintain strong relationships with store managers.
• Field execution: execute field initiatives across channels.
