Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Field Technical Representative to support Elevate Building Envelope in a fully remote role. The candidate must live within the Chicago territory and will work from home with a company truck.

The role involves training contractors, conducting on-site technical inspections, and assisting architects, designers, and installers while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Architecture is required.
• At least 8 years of active duty in a construction MOS (DD214) or 10 years in a commercial roofing leadership role.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Train contractors on Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco products per specs.
• Perform technical inspections and warranty investigations on roofs.
• Provide on-site technical assistance to architects, designers, and installers.
• Educate customers and sales teams on proper installation techniques.
• Manage projects with timelines, resources, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements.
