Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Support Specialist to help Field Talent via email, phone, and documentation. You will troubleshoot software, answer usage questions, and assist with internal process clarification.

The role collaborates with the Information Management Team, helps improve the software, and tests new features before deployment. Remote work is allowed for candidates in suitable time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Experience with Help Desk software is a plus.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line support to Field Talent during Winston's operating hours.
• Create and update documentation for proprietary software.
• Assist IT with internal requests and testing of new features.
• Onboard new users and guide them through onboarding processes.
• Maintain logs of calls and emails to identify common issues.
