Job summary

Aarden is seeking a Forward Deployed Analyst to work closely with clients, onboarding them to the land intelligence platform and delivering reports, memos, and analyses that drive capital decisions.

You will identify client pain points, translate insights into product feedback, and craft high-quality work under tight timelines while maintaining a strong ownership mindset. Seattle-based preferred, remote options considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or an equally rigorous analytical environment with client-facing deliverables under time pressure.
• Genuine curiosity and broad range; comfortable learning diverse industries from forestry to light industrial.
• Strong client instincts: translate client pain into action.
• Strong writing and deck-building skills to communicate complex data clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and unstructured problems; ownership to finish work.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client onboarding and implementation; run training sessions and manage timelines to deliver value quickly.
• Produce client deliverables using the platform—reports, memos, and analyses for institutional investors and developers.
• Field inbound client questions and become a trusted point of contact for ongoing needs.
• Translate field feedback into prioritized product insights for the team.
• Prepare materials for account reviews, renewal conversations, and expansion scoping.
