Resilient Structures is seeking a Field Services and Training Specialist - Lineman for a contract, remote position based in Charlotte, NC. This role travels across the United States to support utility customers, install RS Poles, and deliver hands-on field training.

You will lead safe installation demonstrations, answer technical questions from experienced crews, and collaborate with internal teams to improve training programs and field methods.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 10+ years Lineman experience in a utility.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on field training for utility crews.
• Demonstrate safe installation techniques and answer technical questions.
• Consult on best practices and field research.
• Collect data for product improvements and share with teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programs.
