Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Field Services and Training Specialist - Lineman for a contract, fully remote position based in Charlotte, NC. You will travel nationwide, lead hands-on field training for utility crews, and provide technical guidance on safe installation techniques.

The role requires a Journeyman Lineman license, 10+ years of Lineman experience, and the ability to work remotely with a project-driven schedule that may include post-storm assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Lineman license is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 10+ years of Lineman experience in a utility organization.
• Strong knowledge of utility power systems, electrical theory, and technical drawings.
• Experience climbing utility poles and working at heights.
• Experience using fall protection systems and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on field training for utility crews across the United States.
• Demonstrate safe installation techniques and answer technical questions.
• Consult on best practices, conduct field research, and collect data for product improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training programs and installation methods.
• Travel to project sites and support post-storm recovery environments as needed.
