Qualifications

• Must pass a DOT drug screen and a physical fitness evaluation.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations within 12 months and none within 3 years for major infractions.
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential.

Responsibilities

• Use test equipment to diagnose malfunctions per schematics and specs with guidance.
• Under supervision, use hand tools to repair or replace faulty parts and analyze equipment.
• Observe for common causes of trouble and lubricate equipment as directed.
• Perform routine installations and make adjustments within standard procedures.
