Job summary

Koenig & Bauer (US) is seeking a Service Technician–Mechanic to travel to customer locations across the United States to install, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Koenig & Bauer printing presses. You will communicate findings and action plans to customers, emphasizing quality work and efficient downtime management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED-equivalent required.
• Two years minimum of related education and work experience in printing, press manufacturing, industrial/plant maintenance, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to install, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair printing presses.
• Communicate technical information and resolutions to customers with varying levels of knowledge.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of service calls and repairs.
