Qualifications

• Associate Degree with 2+ years of professional field service experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years.
• Strong knowledge of transformer field service operations and testing.
• Ability to travel up to 85% and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site & remote service activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and replacements.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings, and follow technical manuals for service work.
• Coordinate logistics for service jobs and contribute to product/process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and safety guidelines.
