Qualifications

  • Onsite in Council Bluffs, Iowa 4-5 days per week.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License and Passport.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within the USA, Canada and Mexico.
  • 2+ years of experience programming Fanuc Robots from scratch using TP Language and Keral.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting commissioning of Automation projects at customer sites.
  • 2+ years of experience programming PLCs from scratch (Allen Bradley).
  • 2+ years of experience with Studio 5000 or FactoryTalk (Rockwell).
  • 2+ years of experience using RoboGuide software.

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring customer systems remain operational and downtime is minimized.
  • Train customers on robotic cell operation and best practices for long-term system success.
  • Stay at the forefront of robotics technology through continuous learning, including specialized Fanuc training and collaboration with skilled automation professionals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations.
