Job summary

Wolverine Power Systems in Wixom, MI is seeking a Technical Field Service Representative I to perform on-site generator maintenance and repair, with up to 50% travel. This full-time role supports customers with power solutions across Michigan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of mechanical experience
• Valid Driver License
• Knowledge of mechanical design, AC/DC circuitry
• Power generation and engine maintenance
• Reading electrical schematics and manuals

Responsibilities

• Perform generator mechanical and electrical repair on-site.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs after hours.
• Perform preventive maintenance on generators.
• Read manuals and electrical schematics for maintenance.
• Report faulty operations to service manager in a timely manner.
• Stay current with NFPA and state regulations for emergency power systems.
• Create reports for all work performed in FieldServio.
• Communicate findings via phone, email, or in person.
