Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics and/or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in field service for imaging hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of all ImageTrac mechanical and electronic functions.
• Provides effective, timely technical support to customers.
• Arrives at customer sites within contracted response times.
• Manages company assets (tools, documentation, software, IP).
• Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains knowledge of SoftTrac, Docnetics and IBML software.
• Follows the call flow for incident activity.
• Returns RMA parts promptly per procedures.
• Tests all work to ensure IBML quality standards.
• Meets all scheduled deadlines.
• Available for dispatch during and after hours as required.
• Analyzes customer processes for IBML software sales opportunities.
• Maintains knowledge of PCs used with IBML equipment.
• May undergo criminal/background checks for governmental work.
