Gatik is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair OEM vehicle platforms and Gatik's autonomous software and hardware stack. You will work on-site at customer locations and sites across North America, delivering high-quality service records and supporting fleet uptime.

This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced AV environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in field service, commercial vehicle maintenance, automotive diagnostics, or AV/robotics electro-mechanical repair.
• Proven full-stack troubleshooting across OEM vehicle platforms and autonomous software/hardware stacks.
• Proficiency with engineering-level tooling such as micro-ohm meters, digital multimeters, CAN bus analyzers, and wiring repair equipment.
• Strong technical writing and comprehension skills to interpret schematics and write diagnostic write-ups and service logs.
• Knowledge of safety & compliance including LOTO, electrical safety, and OSHA/DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• OEM & Autonomous System Diagnostics & Maintenance: perform hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on OEM platforms and autonomous stacks.
• Technical Execution & Fleet Operations: rapid root-cause repairs, sensor calibrations, vehicle upfits, and End-of-Line testing.
• Vehicle Campaigns & SOPs: carry out service bulletins, recall campaigns, and retrofits while validating instructions.
• Technical Writing & Engineering Communication: author detailed service records and failure analysis reports.
• Quality, Safety & Workspace Compliance: adhere to safety protocols and maintain 6S, OSHA, DOT, FMCSA standards.
