Job summary

Gatik is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, repair, and integrate hardware/software across our autonomous fleet. You will work on OEM platforms and Gatik's autonomous stack, ensuring fleet uptime and safety while delivering detailed technical documentation.

The role is remote, with travel to North American sites as required, reporting to the Field Service Team Manager. Strong emphasis on safety and quality adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field service or automotive diagnostics experience.
• Experience with AV/robotics electro-mechanical repair is a plus.
• Strong technical writing and ability to document service records clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, repairs on OEM vehicle platforms and autonomous software/hardware stacks.
• Execute root-cause repairs, sensor calibrations, and upfits; liaison for remote engineering support.
• Process Technical Service Bulletins, recall campaigns, and hardware/software retrofits.
