Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve customers across the United States, with a home-based role and extensive travel to sites. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair admixture equipment, while delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 4–7 years of technical field experience, strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple service visits with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 to 7 years of relevant technical field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in interpreting system data and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Able to operate independently and manage multiple service visits.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair admixture dispensing equipment.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Respond to service requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and coordinate with Sales for retention.
• Independently manage daily, weekly, and monthly service schedules.
