Qualifications

• Certificate in skilled trades with OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project or Excel preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Perform field service tasks and on-site troubleshooting.
• Prepare material lists ensuring availability of parts and equipment.
• Install, commission, maintain, repair, and upgrade systems.
• Build positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate them internally.
• Identify potential equipment failures early and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify and suggest product and quality improvements.
• Provide recommendations to management for improving operations and customer service.
