Job summary

JBT Marel is hiring a Field Service Technician to service poultry inspection, batching and portioning equipment. The role is fully remote with extensive travel (approx. 75%), and the candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and train customers on Marel machinery at client sites. The position requires strong mechatronics and electronics troubleshooting skills, solid customer-service abilities, and proficiency with MS Outlook,

Qualifications

• Mechatronics experience with several years of electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Customer face-to-face interaction skills and commercial service skills.
• Solid knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service in troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, and customer training for Marel machinery at client sites.
• This role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory and regular updates to the customer on progress.
