Job summary
Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist for remote Central Florida. You will diagnose, repair, install and train customers on professional, commercial, and industrial printing products, with travel to customer locations as needed.
Based in Central Florida, you will work autonomously in the field, perform on-site and remote repairs, troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and color-management issues, and document service activities with technical records.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of advanced technical or field service experience in printing equipment or similar electromechanical products.
- Experience with on-site and remote troubleshooting, installation, and customer support.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and color-management issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs.
- Install products and conduct customer training on operation and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and color-management issues.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits.
