Job summary

Praetorian Power is seeking a Field Service Coordinator in Seattle to manage scheduling for field personnel, equipment, and service activities. You will be the central communications link between field teams, customers, project management, and operations to optimize staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline is a plus.
• Previous scheduling or coordination experience in field-service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate daily/weekly schedules for field personnel.
• Coordinate assignments based on project requirements, availability, location, and priorities.
• Coordinate required equipment, tools, materials, and other resources for scheduled field activities.
• Serve as primary coordination point between field personnel, customers, project managers, and internal operations.
• Monitor schedules and adjust as priorities or site conditions change.
• Communicate schedule changes and manpower needs to team members.
• Assist management with workforce planning and upcoming project requirements.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and field-service documentation.
