Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Project Manager - Field Service to manage projects from concept through installation and commissioning. This role is remote (Work From Home) in the United States and supports customers across diverse industries, coordinating field service technicians and supplier relationships to meet schedule and budget targets.

You will lead project teams, track costs, and ensure compliance with contract terms while collaborating with finance and legal.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher or 8 years of relevant experience are required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, in a construction environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with rapid prioritization.
• Management level communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, MS Project, etc.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project team and technical disciplines through project schedule and required deliverables.
• Daily tracking of project costs and end of project reconciliation.
• Coordinate with finance group on accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with legal regarding contract terms and conditions.
• Review and interpret customer specifications and contract requirements.
• Manage customer and internal documentation.
• Coordinate material and purchasing requirements and approve vendor selections.
• Main customer & internal interface point for projects.
• Coordinate Field Service Technicians’ deployment to jobsites and meeting customer needs/expectations.
