Qualifications

• This role requires a post-high school technical education or an associated degree as a base.
• 5+ years of field technical or technical/sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with Alfa Laval branded products or HSS is highly valued.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Solid computer and digital skills are expected.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including to remote areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Field Service Engineers with a customer-focused mindset.
• Secure a strong QHSE culture within the team.
• Develop, motivate, and mentor technicians into trusted advisors.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop service offerings and drive leads during service.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring contract compliance.
• Supervise project financial performance including gross profit and revenue.
• Support market/regains strategies and connect sales and technicians.
• Ensure competence development and conduct employee reviews including skills updates.
• Manage remote team performance and resources as needed.
