Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on PLC programming, debugging, and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, debug, and troubleshoot PLC systems to optimize machine performance.
• Troubleshoot customer equipment issues on-site with timely solutions.
• Assist with on-site installations, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Conduct routine servicing and diagnose issues.
• Train customer operation and maintenance personnel on safety and PLC systems.
• Maintain installation reports and service documentation.
• Read wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and machine manuals.
• Support quality assurance by reporting defective materials.
