Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a remote field service engineer based in California to install, service and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment. The position may be at FSE Sr.

or Associate level based on experience and qualifications, with a requirement to reside near Oxnard and Ventura, CA. Responsibilities include performing PM inspections, installing multiple products, completing quality checklists, maintaining assets, and producing paperwork such as work orders and logs.

Qualifications

• 2 Year associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years advanced electronics experience.
• 5 years field service experience.
• Must maintain active motor vehicle driver's license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Install medical imaging equipment and complete installation quality checklist.
• Perform PM inspections per equipment specifications and standards.
• Prepare work orders, parts orders, part returns, mileage logs, expense forms, time sheets and other admin paperwork.
• Maintain all assigned assets per company P&P and keep documentation up to date.
• Provide remote technical support and knowledge on multiple product lines to internal customers.
• Escalate technical issues as needed and contribute to knowledge articles.
