Qualifications

• 2 year/associate's degree in electronics technology or equivalent.
• 3 years advanced electronics experience.
• 5 years field service experience.
• Must maintain an active driver's license.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Ability to work remotely in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Install medical imaging equipment and perform PM inspections per specifications.
• Prepare and complete work orders, parts orders, mileage logs and other paperwork.
• Maintain all assigned assets per company P&P and document activities.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting with customers.
• Collaborate with CMSU Solutions Center to analyze issues and identify solutions.
• Plan workload and operate with autonomy within organizational guidelines.
