Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs to ensure service standards.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows and tailor service offerings including training and upgrades.
• Identify revenue opportunities through billable work, consumables, and service leads.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service parts inventory.
• Proactively report improvement opportunities via quality notifications.
• Complete required training and administrative tasks including time reporting.
