Qualifications

• Minimum two-year mechanical/electrical engineering qualification.
• Previous work experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology highly preferred.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation and setup of all printers associated with the Inkjet product lines.
• Give initial and ongoing formal customer operator and printer maintenance training.
• Provide periodic on-site troubleshooting and repairs on printers experiencing complex issues.
