Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Field Service Technician aligned with the Cudahy, WI location to deliver commissioning, troubleshooting and service for industrial refrigeration equipment across the United States and beyond.

You will collaborate with engineering, parts and service teams, perform on-site and remote support, and participate in technical training to uphold process compliance and continuous improvement for customers.

Qualifications

EPA 608 Universal Certification or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience with Industrial Refrigeration.
Minimum 5 years' field experience.
Knowledge of HVACR controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for service reports and scheduling.
Willingness to travel freely between U.S. and Canada.
Must be able to lift 70 lbs (31.8 kg).
Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

Carry out commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting of equipment in the field.
Coordinate with Copeland subcontractors for maintenance and warranty work.
Provide technical troubleshooting with support from engineering and service teams.
Participate in training for Copeland and Vilter equipment.
Assist Sales and Business Development as needed.
Join in joint sales calls when required.
Be a trusted advisor for customer inquiries.
