The Field Service Engineer role is a remote position servicing an area of Central IN, Central OH, and Western MI based customers; travel up to 90% is required with a home base in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related industrial equipment operation and/or maintenance experience or 4+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, and basic electrical/mechanical systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install and start up equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate service jobs with the Regional Service Manager.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for heat treatment equipment.
• Record hours, expenses, and service notes accurately.
• Train customers on equipment operation and safety procedures.
