MXR Imaging Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to bridge customers and field service teams.

You will monitor open work orders, schedule Field Service Engineers, and ensure timely communication and documentation to support high-quality service. Responsibilities include generating quotes, updating billing notes, coordinating with Projects and IT for issues, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Competenze

• Must have strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience coordinating field service or service delivery operations.
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate interaction between customers and field service engineers.
• Track and review work orders, schedules, and SLAs.
• Prepare and send billable quotes; update pricing for parts.
• Enter billing notes for invoicing accuracy.
• Generate service reports and follow up with customers.
• Collaborate with Projects to align FSE availability.
