MXR Imaging Inc. is seeking a customer service coordinator to bridge communications between customers and field technicians. You will ensure service tickets are ready, provide administrative support, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating schedules, preparing service quotes, and collaborating with the Projects team to align FSE availability. A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in a relevant customer service-oriented role.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with continuous learning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interaction between customers and service staff.
• Support Field Service Engineers with tickets, schedules and tools.
• Generate service quotes and track quote status against SLAs.
• Maintain accurate billing notes and ensure invoices reflect parts and labor.
• Send service reports and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate FSE availability with projects team and update schedules.
