Job summary

Super Systems Inc. is seeking a REMOTE full-time Field Service Technician to support East Coast customers from the Hartford, CT area.

The role involves retrofit of control systems for thermal processing equipment, on-site commissioning, PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and end-user training. Candidates should have electrical/electronics background, PLC experience (Allen-Bradley a plus), ladder logic, PID control, SQL, and 2+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Electrical/electronics background required.
• PLC programming experience; Allen Bradley a plus.
• Ladder logic and PID control knowledge.
• SCADA software familiarity.
• Field wiring and control system integration skills.
• Familiarity with industrial atmosphere and vacuum furnaces a plus.
• SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite commissioning of controls and SCADA equipment including PLC programming and configuration.
• Design SCADA screens and deliver customer support, project management and end-user training.
