Job summary

Super Systems Inc. based in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Field Service Controls Technician to join our team. You will travel across the U.S. to install and commission control and SCADA systems, program PLCs (Allen-Bradley), and develop SCADA interfaces for industrial furnaces.

You will receive hands-on training at our Cincinnati headquarters before hitting the road to support customers nationwide. A degree in Electrical or related engineering and readiness to travel are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Industrial, or Controls Engineering.
Willingness to travel 75% across the U.S.
U.S. citizen due to access regulations, able to work hands-on in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to install and commission controls and SCADA systems.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs (primarily Allen-Bradley).
Design and configure SCADA interfaces (HMI development).
Calibrate and set up electrical instruments and sensors.
Integrate field wiring, PLCs, and control systems into furnaces and industrial equipment.
Provide training and support to end users on-site.
Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and customer success.
