Job summary

CAL-CERT is seeking a Calibration Technician – Field Service to calibrate a variety of measuring devices both in the shop and at customer sites. You will travel to sites across Utah and the US, ensuring accurate calibrations and timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/technical background with exposure to calibration procedures and at least 1+ year of relevant experience, plus an Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Electronics. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of calibration experience.
• Associate degree in engineering/electronics.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment in the shop and at customer sites.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Provide client updates and communicate effectively throughout the process.
• Travel to customer locations across Utah and the US as needed.
