Job summary

Accredited Labs seeks a Calibration Technician - Field Service to calibrate a variety of instruments at customer sites nationwide. The role requires traveling to customer locations and performing calibrations in the field as well as in the shop, following ISO 17025 procedures.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/technical background with calibration exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field service travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate calibrations in shop and at customer sites.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and status.
• Travel to customer locations across Idaho and throughout the US as needed.
• Ensure calibrations comply with ISO 17025 and industry standards.
