FMC Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative for South-Central Ohio. The role focuses on delivering revenue growth, managing distributor and retail accounts, and expanding FMC’s footprint with strategic, data-driven sales approaches.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, leverage CRM insights, and lead cross-functional actions from sales planning to account execution. This position requires ~50% travel and a strong agronomy/finance acumen to win in the market.

Formación

• BS in Agriculture or Life Science with 10+ years of sales experience, or HS diploma with 13+ years in sales.
• Certified Crop Advisor or MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years sales experience and data-driven decisions using CRM systems.
• Strong value selling skills and agronomics knowledge.
• Experience leading complex projects and driving opportunities with national accounts.
• Strong financial and business acumen; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Generate significant annual revenue for FMC in the South-Central Ohio region.
• Manage customer accounts and develop new prospects to expand FMC products.
• Focus on sales targets, build relationships, and resolve customer issues.
• Develop account plans, negotiate, and communicate market information and forecasts.
• Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams to add value to accounts.
• Mentor and lead sales reps in neighboring territories; travel ~50%.
