• Territory Management: Manage and develop a designated sales territory of Independent Agencies, focusing on those with complex profiles.
• New Agent Appointments and Relationship Building: Identify potential independent agencies for partnership through market research, networking, and industry events.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Execute sales strategies to grow Mercury's market share within the assigned territory.
• Data Driven Planning and Market Intelligence: Conduct results-based planning for weekly in-person or virtual sales calls; analyze competitor intelligence.
