Job summary

Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative for NFG to cultivate and expand relationships with agencies, agents, advisors, and partner firms across an assigned territory. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource on brokerage products, processes, and sales support.

Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, providing proactive outreach, product education, and coordination with Regional Sales and Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services or related field-facing sales.
• Licensing requirements: FINRA Series 6/7, 63, and life/health/annuities where applicable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a consistent pipeline by building relationships with agencies, agents, advisors, and partner firms.
• Provide proactive outreach, case support, product education, and collaboration with Regional Sales and RM teams.
• Offer product analysis, illustration support, case design guidance, underwriting navigation, and product positioning.
• Travel within the assigned region to meet with agencies, conduct trainings, and attend field events.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity logs for territory visibility.
