Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow the agency and advisor network, support annuity and life insurance products, and drive regional sales growth. The role involves remote work with periodic travel up to 25% within the assigned territory, collaboration with Regional Sales and Relationship Managers, and proactive outreach to enhance cases and educate on products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, financial services, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial services, insurance distribution, or related field-facing sales environment.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, and applicable life/health/annuity licensing required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a consistent new business pipeline by building relationships with agencies, agents, advisors, and partner firms.
• Serve as central point of contact within the territory for quote activity, sales opportunities, and product education.
• Provide product analysis, illustration support, case design guidance, underwriting navigation, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Regional Sales and Relationship Managers on territory planning and events.
• Travel within the assigned region up to 25% to support meetings and field events.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline reporting, and activity updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support case progression.
