Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II for the Washington and Northern ID market, based in the Seattle, WA region. The role focuses on solution selling across electronics components, interconnect, and related services to OEMs and contract manufacturers.

You will manage defined key accounts, develop strategic plans, and drive growth while collaborating with team members and vendors to deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical field sales experience; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry.
• Ability to promote and sell Arrow's value-add offerings and supply chain programs.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and technical customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with defined key accounts to plan strategy and develop relationships for solution selling.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts involved in design opportunities and business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain and value-added services.
• Collaborate with team to drive branch growth and overall sales performance.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
