Job summary

Noregon Systems, Inc is seeking a Noregon Sales Professional to prospect, cold-call and qualify leads in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. You will travel to customer sites to deliver presentations, provide demonstrations and close deals.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage a busy travel-heavy schedule. Requires reliable vehicle and valid license. Remote work from home option with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years outside sales experience (from HTML)
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• Experience in diagnostic tool industry is a plus
• Cold calling and prospecting with sales quota achievement

Responsibilities

• Manage territory by developing new business sales and prospects, keeping an active schedule to grow revenue
• Work with Regional Sales Manager on territory and account management
• Develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover opportunities
• Generate leads through research and networking, making cold calls and setting appointments
• Conduct 5+ demos per week showcasing Noregon technology to improve business and reduce repair times
• Train customers to ensure renewal of software
• Utilize a CRM to record, maintain and report customer information
