Elevate Beverage Company seeks a Market Development Contractor to drive new business and expand distribution in a remote/field role. You will hunt for opportunities, open accounts, and secure orders while prioritizing territory growth and compelling demonstrations.

You will manage a large pipeline, work with distributors, and travel within the assigned territory to meet sales goals and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional field sales experience preferred in beverage/CPG.
• Hunter mentality: competitive, persistent, self-motivated.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be located within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new retail and on-premise accounts within the territory.
• Open new accounts and secure initial orders and distribution.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear next steps.
• Collaborate with distributors to expand distribution and opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally during market activities and events.
• Maintain CRM records for prospects, visits, opportunities, and results.
