Job summary

Demco, Inc. is seeking a Learning Environment Field Consultant to build relationships with K-12 schools and public libraries across the territory, connecting customers with learning space and furniture solutions.

In this remote sales role, you’ll manage pipeline, meet educators and library leaders, capture needs, take measurements, and coordinate with design teams to craft inspiring proposals; occasional tradeshow presence expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling preferred.
• Physical readiness for tradeshow setup and on-site activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to educators and library professionals.
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborative team player with cross-departmental coordination.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Review pipeline, follow up on conversations, plan outbound calls and emails.
• Reach out to K-12 schools and libraries to introduce learning-space solutions.
• Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with educators and library leaders.
• Visit customer sites to take measurements, photos, and work with design teams.
• Represent the brand at regional tradeshows and engage attendees.
