Job summary

Demco, Inc. is seeking a Learning Environment Field Consultant to drive sales remotely across a Jacksonville-based territory. You will develop relationships with school and library decision-makers, uncover needs, and connect customers with learning space and furniture solutions.

You’ll travel for tradeshows and on-site installations as needed, perform measurements, and partner with design teams to prepare accurate, inspiring proposals. CRM activity and quota attainment are key to success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with K-12 schools and public libraries.
• Identify needs and propose learning space and furniture solutions.
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with educators and library leaders.
• Capture site measurements and photos as needed for proposals.
• Represent Demco at regional events and tradeshows.
• Log activities in CRM and coordinate next steps for opportunities.
