Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in the United States seeks a Field Sales Sr. Officer to drive customer service and meeting sales targets for financial products within an assigned district, coordinating with the Consumer Sales team.

You will build client relationships using broad product knowledge to identify suitable Citi solutions, collaborate with partner leaders, participate in meetings and events, and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies while safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Retail environment preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with partner leadership and locations to promote credit awareness and increase new applications and credit sales.
• Analyze local and territory performance trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner retail field leadership and management in assigned territory.
• Attend partner meetings and represent Citi at conferences and events.
• Identify training opportunities and deliver associate training within territory.
• Develop and assist strategic initiatives to maximize credit sales and applications.
• Provide service support to internal and external clients while meeting their needs.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies, escalating and reporting issues when needed.
