You will travel to potential clients, lead engaging presentations, and grow your personal sales book. The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and a compensation package with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience or willingness to visit businesses.
• Strong presentation skills for small groups and teams.
• Ability to build and maintain a growing book of business.
• Self-motivation, independence, resilience.
• License in Health & Life or willingness to obtain with reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Meet face‑to‑face with business owners, managers, and employees in your territory.
• Lead presentations to small groups and larger teams (1–100+ employees).
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support clients throughout the process.
• Work closely with your manager to set goals and track progress.
