Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an enthusiastic HSE/CIPS Field Safety Supervisor who will lead field safety programs, ensure OSHA NFPA 70E ANSI and related regulations are followed, and promote a safe work environment.

You will perform field safety inspections, investigate incidents, coordinate safety meetings and trainings, and drive continuous improvement while supporting multiple sites across North America from a California base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, environmental safety or engineering preferred.
• 4+ years in a safety supervisory role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certifications.
• OSHA 510 preferred but not required.
• NFPA 70E knowledge and certification.
• Experience with industrial/commercial electrical systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS within field and division offices.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits for compliance with safety protocols.
• Investigate incidents and near misses to identify causes and preventive actions.
• Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and training across sites.
• Develop and promote standard safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a safe working environment.
