Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Field Technical Representative to join the Warranty/Technical Services team. The role is fully remote but must reside in Georgia, with the Amrize Building Envelope division based in Nashville.

You will train contractors on Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco products and perform on-site inspections and warranty support for commercial roofing projects. The position requires extensive construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 20–30% overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years active duty in a construction trade MOS (DD214).
• High school diploma and minimum of 10 years’ construction experience in a Commercial Roofing Foreman/Superintendent role or as a Technical Representative.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and teammates on Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco product applications.
• Review installation deviations and make acceptance determinations within authority.
• Provide on-site technical assistance to architects, designers and installers.
• Develop strong customer relationships and manage expectations through investigations and troubleshooting.
