Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Field Technical Representative to join the Warranty/Technical Services team in the Central Oklahoma region. This field-based role involves on-site technical support, training licensed roofers, and performing technical inspections to support warranty coverage and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• Active military MOS experience with verification (DD214).
• Extensive construction experience in commercial roofing roles or as a technical rep.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers, sales reps and teammates on Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco products per specs.
• Review installation deviations and make acceptance determinations per authority and project needs.
• Provide feedback on literature, specs and assemblies to ensure accurate customer info.
• Develop strong customer relationships and manage expectations during investigations.
