Job summary

CorVel Corporation is seeking a compassionate, self‑motivated Registered Nurse to fill a Medical Case Manager role covering West Michigan with substantial local travel. The position blends work-from-home with field visits and regular Monday–Friday hours.

The Medical Case Manager will coordinate care with patients, families, providers and employers, evaluating treatment plans and outcomes while supporting recovery and cost-effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where operating.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Certification as CCM/CIRS or other Case Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑person and telephonic Medical Case Management.
• Discuss current and alternative treatment plans with physicians.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient progress.
