Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a field-based team, with management of a field-based reimbursement team strongly preferred.
• Proven account management/client management experience in healthcare or pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based reimbursement team, handling administrative, training and performance management duties.
• Coordinate with client and home office teams to ensure consistent expectations and two-way communication.
• Drive field operations efficiency and execute improvement projects.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and privacy/compliance obligations across the team.
• Collaborate with client leadership to implement strategic initiatives and generate quarterly/annual reports.
• Foster development opportunities and ongoing training for FRMs and staff.
